It's been a while, I know.
Here's the short story: I'm walking across the border into Burma tomorrow for what will surely be the most intense adventure I've ever attempted. I'll come back (hopefully) to Beijing on the 10th. Until then I won't have access to the internet. If you want, you can write me all sorts of nice e-mails to fill my inbox with delight when I return.
